1 General Rules

2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with snai, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years is required.
- You must be legally eligible to participate in online betting.
- Each individual may only One Account can open.

- You must register an account in your own name and identity.
KYC Verification
For security purposes, snai may verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. snai reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals until verification is complete.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Process
- Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Daily maximum withdrawal limit is ৳50,000.
- Monthly maximum withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
Payments through third parties are strictly prohibited. Any deposit made from another person's account or phone number will be cancelled.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Snai offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
- 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
- To withdraw your bonus, you must wager the total of your deposit + bonus amount 20 times.
- You have 30 days to complete the wagering requirement.
- Wagering on slots counts 100%; table games count 50%.
General Bonus Terms
- Only one bonus may be claimed per device or IP address.
- Cannot be cancelled before the bonus is received.
- Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
- Snai reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5 Betting Rules & Terms
The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on snai. Every user is responsible for complying with these terms and conditions.
Bet Acceptance
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Snai is not liable for any bets lost due to internet connectivity issues.
- Snai reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds.
- A maximum bet limit per event applies.
Live Betting
Live betting odds change in real time. If odds shift due to a technical delay at the time a bet is placed, snai will either accept the bet at the updated odds or cancel it and return the stake.
Match Cancelled or Postponed
- If a match is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
- If a match is postponed for more than 12 hours, the bet will be considered void.
- For abandoned or incomplete matches, snai's decision is final.
6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the snai platform. Any violation of these terms and conditions will result in permanent account closure.
- Creating or managing multiple accounts.
- Creating an account using false or inaccurate information.
- Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
- Selling or transferring your account to another person.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activities.
- Attempting to hack or cheat the platform's software.
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
- Processing bets or payments through a third party.
If any form of fraud or system manipulation is detected, all balances and winnings in the associated account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. If you submit a Self-Exclusion request, your account will be locked for a specified period.
Account Closure by snai
Snai may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- In cases of terms and conditions violations.
- In the event of a failure to verify identity.
- In cases of suspicious financial activity.
- If identified as a minor.
- After extended inactivity (more than 18 months).
